Master Agreement - Our Master Agreement
significantly decreases the time required for the acquisition
or sales process. The Master Agreement is a ‘plain language’ agreement
that sets out the terms of commitment for the initial asset,
as well as all future acquisitions financed through Rent Plus.
Flexible Payment Structures
- Repayment structures are flexible,
and can be designed to suit your cash-flow requirements. These
options include monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual, or structured
payments.
Fee for Usage Plan - This incorporates on-going maintenance,
services, and consumables, enabling you to charge out on a
per usage basis; e.g. cost per copy, cost per hour, per x-ray,
etc. These are billed and collected by Rent Plus, providing
you with a transparent, total cost of use plan designed to
significantly reduce administration overheads, and lower your
cost of doing business.
Fee for Service Plan - A unique and dynamic finance plan that
provides a simple, straight-forward way to package all of your
needs and on-going operational costs into one, easy to manage,
rental or lease solution.
Sell and Rent-back - This product is designed for an organisation
that has an existing inventory of equipment. With the Sell
and Rent-back solution, you sell your existing equipment to
Rent Plus at the current market value and then rent it back
from us for the remainder of its useful life.
